Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate provides client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address service needs. Responsibilities include educating clients on bank services, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client materials, following bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management, deepening client relationships, and supporting day-to-day team activities with a client-first mindset. The role requires adapting to new information and technology platforms, delivering excellent client experiences, and leveraging tools like Salesforce to manage client solutions and pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results
- Demonstrates a client-centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client
- Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Possesses industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills
