Job Summary
Provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the most frequent point of contact to address client service needs. Educates clients on banking offerings, ensures timeliness and accuracy of client materials, aligns practices with bank policies to support risk management, and deepens client relationships by promoting banking solutions within the advisory team. Supports day-to-day team activities and steps in during absences or seasonal needs, adopting a client-first mindset. Desirable qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66); strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; and experience delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
