Job Summary
Provide client service support to Financial Advisors within Merrill Wealth Management, acting as the primary client contact to address service needs, education on bank offerings, and ensuring timely and accurate client materials. Collaborate to deepen client relationships, support day-to-day team activities, and assist with coverage during absences or seasonal needs. Requires in-office attendance with flexibility based on role-specific considerations; preferred candidates will have a client-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate investment products and banking offerings. Desirable qualifications include FINRA SIE/Series 7/66 credentials and experience delivering excellent client experiences in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce is expected, along with professional written and verbal communication, problem solving, and advisory-pipeline capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Experience or willingness to learn in wealth management environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong client service orientation and ability to work with Financial Advisors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
