Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the primary contact to address client needs, educate clients on bank services, ensure timely and accurate materials, align practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management, and deepen client relationships while supporting day-to-day team activities and covering roles during absences or seasonal needs. Requires a client-centric mindset, ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, and strong communication skills. Desired qualifications include FINRA SIE, Series 7, and/or Series 66; experience working with clients; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; and a minimum education of High School Diploma or GED.
