Job Summary
Provides client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) within Merrill Wealth Management. Acts as the most frequent point of contact to address all service needs of clients, educates clients on bank services and offerings, ensures timely and accurate client materials, supports operational excellence and risk management, deepens client relationships by promoting banking solutions in day-to-day practice, and covers team duties during absences or seasonal increases while maintaining a client-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Minimum one of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) or Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66) upon hire
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and support to Financial Advisors
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce

- Experience with client-facing roles
