Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, acting as the frequent point of contact to address client needs. Responsibilities include educating clients on the bank's service and banking offerings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client materials, following policies to support operational excellence and risk management, identifying and deepening client relationships through bank offerings, and supporting day-to-day team activities, including coverage during absences. The role emphasizes a client-first mindset, collaboration with FAs, and the use of technology platforms and CRM tools to deliver excellent client experience in an in-office setting.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Experience working with clients, fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience
- Detail oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities
- Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- FINRA SIE/Series 7 and/or Series 66 preferred (63/65 accepted in lieu of 66)
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
