Job Summary
Wealth Management Client Associate provides client service support to potential multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the primary client contact to address service needs, educate clients on the bank's service offerings, ensure accuracy and timeliness of client materials, and support operational excellence. Responsibilities include deepening client relationships by promoting banking offerings, supporting day-to-day team activities, and ensuring adherence to bank policies while managing risk. The role requires strong client-centric mindset, adaptability to new information and technology platforms, and the ability to deliver an excellent client experience in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66), investment product knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Internal employees working from home may be onsite if required by policy.
