Job Summary
Provide client service support to multiple Financial Advisors within Merrill Wealth Management; be the most frequent point of contact for clients, educating them on bank offerings, ensuring timely and accurate materials, and supporting operational excellence and risk management. Assist with identifying client needs, deepening relationships, and promoting banking integration into advisory services, while covering team duties during absences and evolving workloads. Strong emphasis on client-centric service, collaboration with advisors, and proficiency with common software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office and Salesforce). Shift is 1st shift in-office role with a 37.5 hour work week; licensing/certification preferences include FINRA Essentials (SIE) and Series 7/66 (63/65 accepted), with a focus on professional growth and adherence to policy and process.
