Job Summary
Provide client service support to multiple Financial Advisors within Merrill Wealth Management, serving as the primary client contact to address service needs and educate clients on banking and investment offerings. Responsibilities include ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials, aligning practices with bank policies to support operational excellence, identifying and deepening client relationships, and covering team needs during absences or seasonal increases. The role requires a client-centric mindset, the ability to learn new information and technology platforms, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce. Work is conducted in-Office with a first-shift schedule (37.5 hours/week) in Farmington Hills, MI, USA. Internal remote-work may be possible per Workplace Excellence policy, with onsite requirements as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication
