Job Summary
Provides client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors, serving as the most frequent point of contact to address clients’ service needs. Responsibilities include educating clients on bank services and investment offerings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client materials, aligning practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management, and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships by integrating banking with advisory solutions. The role supports day-to-day team activities and covers roles during absences or seasonal increases, with a client-first mindset. In-office position based in the Chicago, IL area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Demonstrates enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results
- Demonstrates a client-centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with client service and delivering a high-quality client experience
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities
- Detail oriented and able to support day-to-day team activities and coverage during absences or seasonal needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
