Job Summary
Support daily investment operations and client servicing for a financial advisory practice. Manage trade execution, maintain trade logs, and perform monthly portfolio rebalancing. Conduct investment research and provide market updates for internal/external distribution. Coordinate portfolio review meetings between portfolio managers and clients. Assist with compliance tasks including IAR registrations, updating documents, and preparing SEC audit materials. Handle operational tasks such as account openings, wires, checks, and donor-advised fund distributions. Review client fee calculations, agent splits, and renewals; maintain financial logs and ensure regulatory compliance. Train new employees, respond to client/agent inquiries, and support seminars and events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in financial advisory operations or compliance; offers H-1B sponsorship; salary range $22.5-$28.85/hour (annualized $46,800–$60,008).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial advisory operations, investment support, or compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines efficiently
