Job Summary
Lead and oversee operations, training, and development for the Centralized Trading group by assigning work, meeting completion dates, and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Oversee trading of client portfolios to ensure timely and accurate executions while acting as a strategic partner to senior management, Portfolio Managers, and Analysts to drive efficiencies and enhance risk mitigation. Execute security transactions, rebalance accounts, and implement model changes as required, providing investment guidance to Trust Advisors and Relationship Consultants. Manage the trading platform, participate in software update testing, detect system issues, and train Portfolio Managers on functionality. Develop client investment objectives and policy statements, monitor portfolio risks, and execute practices to increase overall trading efficiency for the Asset Management business unit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Six (6) years of experience in investment, asset management, business, finance, marketing or other related industries/experience

- Ability to analyze complex information, communicate findings effectively, and execute accordingly
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills
- Proven experience in associate leadership and development
