Job Summary
Cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues while supporting Financial Advisor teams on a daily basis. Deliver an exceptional client experience by preparing for regular meetings, tracking follow-ups, and assigning work to team members. Execute money movement transactions, answer non-investment questions, and enter orders in a clerical capacity. Assist with organizing business plans, executing marketing strategies for conferences and webinars, and preparing client reports from firm-approved systems. Participate in client meetings representing the service lens and stay current on policies to share best practices with the service team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position
- Four-year college degree
- Professional certification
- Active Series 7 (GS)
- Series 66 (AG/RA)
- Series 63 (AG)
- Series 65 (RA)
