Job Summary
Conduct administrative and financial planning functions for high net worth clients while gathering data to support Wealth Advisors in managing client relationships. Analyze and evaluate the financial status of clients and prospects to develop and present financial planning recommendations, including retirement and education projections. Participate in one to four client or prospect meetings or calls weekly, research complex problems, and communicate resolutions to ensure satisfaction and confidence. Maintain effective client contact, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of internal projects. Work in a collaborative team environment with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of experience in Wealth Management
- Education or experience in business, economics, or finance
- Experience working with the public
- Exposure to wealth management or financial services
- Experience servicing customers
- Leadership experience
- Series 65 license or willingness to obtain upon hiring
- CFP license or willingness to obtain within one year
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
- Ability to follow defined processes
- Ability to make adjustments and use good judgment when business circumstances dictate
Desired Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in Wealth Management preferred
- Education or experience in business, economics, or finance and/or experience working with the public preferred
- Exposure to wealth management or financial services and experience servicing customers preferred
- Experience in clubs, activities, sports, volunteer service, etc. helpful, especially leadership experience
