Wealth management Architect

Wealth Management Solution Architect with 15-20 years of experience in wealth management or IT services focusing on WM/financial services. Responsible for architecture definition, end-to-end implementation oversight, and defining tech stacks for commercially viable WM solutions leveraging MACH: microservices, APIs, cloud, and headless architectures. Must lead architecture design, work with multiple technical teams, and drive solution development. Strong domain knowledge across wealth management processes (onboarding, client view, goal-based planning, trade/order management, post-trade processing, accounting, reconciliation, reporting) and familiarity with assets such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, mutual funds, private banking, hedge funds, and private equity fund accounting. Experience with WM COTS and tools (FIS Unity Wealth, Temenos WM, Naviplan, InvestCloud, Charles River, Front Arena, Fidessa, Eagle, Advent Geneva, Addepar, BISAM, Statpro) is desirable. Knowledge of the latest WM industry trends and FinTech ecosystems, plus AI/GenAI experience a big plus. Must have hands-on experience with operating model Definition, business case creation, program roadmap, and organization change management. Strong stakeholder management with C-suite interaction and crisp, clear solution articulation. Experience delivering with clients across regions (USA, UK, Europe) in a global delivery setup.
