Job Summary
Wealth Management Advisor II serves as the trusted advisor and core team lead for Private Bank clients, coordinating a team of specialists to deliver wealth planning, investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services. Drives pipeline and client opportunities using consultative, advice-driven sales to expand household relationships, and develops a personal business plan to meet revenue objectives. Coordinates with third-party advisors to ensure synergy with client goals, maintains client reviews and service standards, and delivers the Private Bank experience. Collaborates with internal and external service providers to optimize effectiveness, utilizing Life360 process to profile clients and articulate goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), relevant licenses, and 8+ years of sales/client service experience in financial services; proficiency in presenting, negotiating, and using CRM/office software; ongoing regulatory awareness and strong interpersonal communication. Location-specific duties center on Northbrook/Chicago, IL office operations with in-person client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- appropriate state life and health insurance licenses
- minimum of eight (8) years of successful sales/client service experience in financial services
