Job Summary
Build rapport with clients to anticipate and respond to their needs proactively while managing office supplies and equipment procurement. Handle day-to-day client queries by telephone, email, and in writing, and provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Practice Manager. Manage diary management, appointment scheduling, and meeting preparation including gathering relevant background information. Process daily incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases to ensure deadlines are met. Full training will be provided across all areas of the role.
