Job Summary
Provides in-office client and advisor support interfacing with affluent Investment clients and Centers of Influence. Provide essential Investment support in the daily investment portfolio administration for the Wealth Management regional office. Provide administrative support to Investment Managers and help coordinate with other members of the Wealth team (Advisors, Planners, etc.) to provide a high-quality service level to our Wealth clients. Prioritize relationship management activities by facilitating day-to-day transactional needs (deposits, distributions, payments, transfers); maintain client records and monitor transactions; utilize trust and investment systems to monitor accounts, create reports, and prepare client presentations; respond to client requests within appropriate authority. Support sales/retention by scheduling appointments and preparing/maintaining client materials; assist advisors with onboarding and training; participate in special projects; assist with compliance items; contribute to Wealth Division initiatives. Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in the role as an Investment Support Specialist/Fiduciary Support Specialist; trust, investment, banking or financial planning-related client service experience, or equivalent outside experience.
- Knowledge of deposits, loans, banking products, and operating systems unique to the line of business, including trusts and estates.
- General knowledge of investment products (stocks, bonds, options, derivatives).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills.
