Job Summary
Primary daily contact between Wealth Management Trust, Banking, or Investment customers and U.S. Bank; handles day-to-day client calls and transactions and resolves problems, escalating items beyond authority to a Wealth Management Advisor or specialist; proactively identifies potential compliance issues or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and relationship growth; develops knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard procedures; strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, exceptional customer service, data interpretation, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
