Job Summary
Provide excellence in client service by responding to inquiries, updating client files, and preparing client presentation material for wealth planning meetings. Prepare Annual Review Meeting material in advance and review Financial Plans, Will and Estate Plans, and Insurance information prior to client presentations. Utilize Salesforce for updating Wealth Planning items and discovery preparation. Communicate with COIs/CA’s/LLBs, support advisory team through the wealth management process, gather relevant information and documents, track progress, and maintain relationships with partners and resources. Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls; support Investment Counsellors and team based on workload. Strong emphasis on service excellence, problem resolution, and coordination across departments.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
