Job Summary

Wealth Concierge provides concierge-level service and coordination to a team of Investment Counsellors and high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include delivering client service via inquiries, updating client files, preparing presentation material for wealth planning meetings, reviewing financial plans and related documents prior to client presentations, utilizing SalesForce for wealth planning updates, coordinating with COIs/CA’s/LLBs, supporting the advisory team through the wealth management process, gathering information and documents, tracking progress and follow-ups, and cultivating strong relationships with partners and resource contacts to support daily operations. The role requires attention to detail, problem resolution, excellent communication, and ability to prioritize urgent tasks while supporting the wealth management process.

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Associate, Premier Banker, Private Banking Associate)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • CFP or PFP, or working towards either designation (nice-to-have)
