Job Summary
Lead the Client Associate team and establish procedures for the account opening process to support new business funding and positive onboarding. Set short-term priorities, monitor client service activities, and ensure timely completion of work while coaching staff on performance standards and career development. Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk, identify escalation issues, and enforce regulatory standards. Determine efficient workflows for cash and asset transfers to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency. Manage staffing, performance appraisals, and promotions for 5–7 associates in one location or 15–20 across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' investment, trust and/or fiduciary experience working with high net worth clients
- Minimum of 1 years' work leadership and/or supervisory experience
