Job Summary

Coordinate on-boarding and servicing of Seacoast Wealth Management relationships by working closely with designated Wealth Advisors on account servicing, client and prospect meeting preparation, and financial planning organization. Perform general maintenance and follow-up on pending issues while communicating with clients via telephone, face-to-face, and written correspondence using high service and compliance standards. Provide marketing support through prospecting, seminars, and client reporting, and assist with CRM reporting and scheduling. Manage team logistics to ensure requested tasks are handled by team members, while maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to the Bank's Code of Conduct. Requires five years of financial services experience or a bachelor's degree, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in the financial services industry to include investment management support or bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, business, or related field
  • PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Ability to understand a broad array of financial issues
  • Understanding of governing instruments of clients to understand terms, responsibilities, and duties of the company
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Maintain client and prospect confidentiality at all times
  • Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct

  • Familiar and compliant with all regulatory, legal, ethical and Bank risk mitigation requirements pertaining to both our industry and their individual roles
