Job Summary
Service daily transaction needs of wealth clients, including problem resolution, overdrafts, account delinquency, wire transfers, book transfers, and account maintenance. Open and onboard new client relationships by acclimating clients with systems and confirming receipt of necessary information. Resolve routine service issues using independent judgment to exceed client expectations and expand relationships. Provide sales support for market-specific special projects, event coordination, and process improvement. Review daily department reports to ensure compliance with operation, security, and audit procedures. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management while adhering to company risk and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 years' financial services client service experience
- Combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience (in lieu of a degree)
- Minimum of 1 years' financial services client service experience (in lieu of a degree)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' private banking, wealth management, commercial banking and/or branch experience
- Exposure to and knowledge of the Bank's retail and commercial banking systems
- Knowledge of Private Banking products and services
- Trust experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
