Job Summary
Wealth Business Service Executive responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints, assisting Wealth Bankers in managing a portfolio of wealth clients, processing transactions and credit applications, handling complaints with first-day resolution, promoting wealth products to expand market share, and deepening client relationships through proactive follow-up. This role emphasizes advising on digital adoption, guiding clients to use remote/digital channels, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, and collaborating with the Wealth team to achieve sales and service objectives while complying with regulatory requirements. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, cross-selling, and maintaining operational rigor within Absa’s wealth services across Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Degree with Minimum 3 years relevant experience or equivalent of 5 years bank-related experience
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
