Job Summary
Lead and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients in Thailand as Vice President, driving commercial engagement and contributing to local wealth-distribution strategy. Collaborate with regional/global teams to position BlackRock investment capabilities (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) across private banks, retail banks, securities firms, insurance channels, and wealth platforms. Develop opportunities by understanding evolving client needs, market trends, and regulatory developments; manage client coverage, strategic account planning, and pipeline management; ensure compliant, high-quality client outcomes. Requires 5+ years in asset/wealth management, strong relationship-management skills, knowledge of investment products, and Thai/English fluency; Bachelors degree required (CFA or advanced degree preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, or financial services
- established network across Thailands wealth ecosystem
- strong relationship management, business development, and growth of investment solution adoption
- strong knowledge of investment markets and products including mutual funds, ETFs, discretionary solutions, and alternatives
- commercially driven with ability to identify opportunities, synthesize market insights, and translate into actionable client strategies
- strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly
- strong stakeholder management; ability to collaborate across matrix organizations locally, regionally, and globally
- self-motivated, entrepreneurial, disciplined; commitment to excellence and client outcomes
- familiarity with Thailand wealth regulations, fund industry dynamics, and distributor landscape (highly preferred)
- fluency in Thai and English required
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree and/or CFA preferred
