Job Summary
Acquire and deliver banking solutions to high-value clients by understanding their business, personal, and household needs. Maintain and build a portfolio of complex clients while proactively engaging them to unearth sales opportunities and execute tailored advice. Collaborate with specialists to cross-sell and create value-based solutions, ensuring all work complies with risk standards and internal procedures. Respond to tasks within agreed timelines and escalate obstacles to senior management as needed. Contribute to policy improvements and business strategy alignment through process reviews and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- FAIS representative
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Financial Services/Banking/Wealth Management environment as a High Net Worth Banker
- 2 of which as a relationship banker
