Job Summary
Provide administrative and client engagement support for the Wealth Advisory team by collecting, organizing, and managing client information and paperwork. Generate, prepare, and update client meeting materials and proposals in collaboration with Advisors, ensuring key client data, risk scores, and documentation remain current. Use professional judgment to correspond with colleagues and deliver outstanding service to the client base. This entry-level role is based in the San Francisco office and requires a Bachelor's degree, with CFA or CFP designation preferred. Candidates must demonstrate confidence working with senior leaders and high-net-worth individuals, along with strong time management and interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation preferred, but not required
- Past experience in financial planning or wealth management preferred
- Demonstrated interest in the stock market, wealth management or financial planning
- Confidence to work directly with senior leaders and high-net worth clients
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven success solving problems and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take immediate ownership of their work
