Job Summary

Support advisors and relationship managers in delivering advice to high-net-worth clients by preparing meeting materials, customized reports, and financial planning inputs. Assist with client onboarding, account paperwork, and trade-flow requests while gathering data for analysis in balance sheets, cash flow, and estate planning. Maintain client information in CRM systems and build trusted relationships with internal investment resources. Contribute to the Phoenix investment team by supporting trading workflows, portfolio analytics, and manager due diligence across public and private markets. Organize fund materials, research notes, and internal committee decks to facilitate quarterly commentary and portfolio construction discussions. This functional hybrid role requires a 70% Private Wealth focus and 30% investment team support, with a Series 65 license required within the first year.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, business, mathematics, or a related field
  • Series 65 license
  • Ability to sit for the Series 65 within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to successfully obtain the Series 65 license within the first year of employment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Desired Qualifications

  • Progress toward the CFA designation
  • Interest in pursuing the CFA designation
  • Internship or professional experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment research, investment operations, trading, banking, accounting, tax, or a related financial-services role
  • Exposure to financial planning, CRM, reporting, investment research, trading, or portfolio analytics systems such as eMoney, Black Diamond, Morningstar Direct, Tamarac, Salesforce, CAIS, iCapital, or similar platforms
  • Interest in portfolio construction, asset allocation, capital markets, alternatives, private markets, tax-aware investing, trading and implementation, and manager due diligence
