Job Summary

Wealth Advisor will deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience for Empower clients, supporting onboarding, financial planning, and investment strategy, and will lead planning conversations with an elite client base in collaboration with the Practice Lead and Client Experience Specialist. Responsibilities include coordinating ongoing financial reviews, executing planning campaigns, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships, providing tailored financial planning aligned with clients’ goals, supporting investment strategies, staying up-to-date on market developments and regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance with Empower Personal Wealth standards. The role requires strong financial acumen, proactive client communications, relationship management, and the ability to deliver clear, trusted guidance. Desired skills include financial planning, wealth-management strategies, tax and income optimization, estate planning, proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and related systems, and exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required
  • FINRA fingerprinting required
  • CFP, CRPC, preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered
