Job Summary
The Wealth Advisor (Vice President) serves as the primary day‐to‐day contact for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families, managing communication, coordinating deliverables, and addressing client needs promptly. This role emphasizes personal client interaction without a business development requirement, allowing incoming advisors to inherit existing relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing wealth planning and reporting, leading client meetings, mentoring junior team members, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, and supporting client engagement with resources and education. Candidates should possess at least 10 years of relevant advisory experience and a bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an advisor to UHNW families
- Holistic wealth planning & coordination including financial planning, investment strategy, risk management, estate and tax planning
- Facilitating family meetings and communication
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA
