Job Summary
Wealth Advisor role focused on building and growing a client-centric practice in Eugene, OR. You will prospect through events, seminars, networking, and referrals; deliver comprehensive, personalized financial planning and investment guidance; and act as a trusted partner in clients’ long-term financial journeys. You’ll leverage industry-leading tools and internal referrals to focus on delivering tailored financial solutions, maintain ongoing client communications, and uphold ethics and fiduciary responsibilities while staying current with licensing, regulations, and firm policies. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic marketing, client meetings (group and one-on-one), collaborative presentations, and a proactive approach to growing a referral-based practice.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 65 license
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience in financial services OR equivalent combination of education and experience (including HNW/UHNW client exposure)
- Proven ability to build relationships and grow a book of business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
