Job Summary
Wealth Advisor to manage relationships with high net worth clientele, including tax and estate planning, financial planning, asset allocation, cash flow analysis, retirement planning and investment management. Onboard high net worth clientele and serve as the Lead Wealth Advisor; participate in an extensive financial planning process and collaborate with a team providing operational, investment, financial planning and relationship-management support. Compensation includes a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 with revenue-based compensation beyond the base and potential equity within 2–3 years. W2 employment with 401(k) match and excellent benefits. Requires professional designations (CFP, CPA, CFA or JD) and 5+ years of experience leading relationships with high net worth clientele.
