Job Summary
Wealth Advisor, Guided Investing role focuses on deepening relationships with an established client base and organically growing the practice through referrals, while leveraging an in-house team of experts to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Partners with affluent clients to identify financial goals, analyze their financial landscape, and develop recommendations that align with defined objectives. Communicates complex financial solutions with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, ensuring client retention through ongoing advisory support, and leveraging tax, estate, and insurance planning tools. The role is fiduciary, client-focused, and supports compliance with regulatory standards; travel up to 20% for client meetings and training. Practices may include coordinating with portfolio management, financial planning, and other specialists to provide a holistic offering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related); Master’s degree a plus
- Experience: At least 3 years of job-related experience (Independent Advisor, Registered Representative, Securities Portfolio Manager, Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant)
- Certifications/Licenses: Series 65 required, unless any of the above designations qualify for an exemption in the applicable state(s)
- Skills & Competencies: Advanced knowledge of the industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts
- Strong core understanding of our investments and ISG, along with the ability to perform asset allocation and analysis for portfolio reviews
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements
- Ability to travel up to 20% as required for client meetings, company training, etc.
