Job Summary
Wealth Advisor, Director responsible for advisory-based sales and relationship management to attract, retain and grow a portfolio of prospect and client relationships with holistic financial planning solutions. Leads business development strategy, builds and leverages internal/external networks, coordinates a team of experts to craft integrated wealth solutions, prepares client proposals, conducts annual client reviews, analyzes performance, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive growth in the assigned region. Requires strong relationships with clients, knowledge of wealth management, regulatory and compliance awareness, and ability to communicate complex financial plans and solutions. Preferred MBA and CFP credentials; extensive experience with high-net-worth clients and cross-functional collaboration; demonstrated ability to design, present and implement client-focused strategic plans and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- MBA certification preferred
- Experience dealing with HNW clients and equivalent knowledge base
- Certified Financial Planner is preferred
