Job Summary
Primary Relationship Manager for high-net-worth clients, delivering integrated wealth management including banking, investments, and comprehensive financial planning. Leads cross-disciplinary teams to craft client solutions, identifies growth opportunities within existing relationships, and drives wallet-share through cross-selling. Develops regional business development strategies, builds internal/external networks, and partners with specialists to deliver tailored banking, investment, tax, trust, and insurance solutions. Responsible for proposals/presentations, client reviews, risk management, and delivering compliant, high-quality client experiences while mentoring junior team members and guiding strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study
- MBA certification preferred
- Certified Financial Planner is preferred
- Experience dealing with HNW clients
- Broad knowledge of wealth management and bank products/services
