Job Summary

Conduct advisory-based sales and relationship management to attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of prospect and client relationships. Deliver holistic financial planning solutions by coordinating subject matter experts to craft creative strategies and execute business development plans. Lead annual client reviews, produce value-demonstrating reports, and assess at-risk clients for retention. Act as a primary relationship manager and subject matter expert on regulations, bridging banking, trust, and investment disciplines for integrated client communications. Develop and manage strategic initiatives, including change management plans, operational programs, and training tools to drive business growth. Monitor performance, analyze data for insights, and recommend priorities to senior leaders. Maintain compliance with risk policies and regulatory requirements while supporting the achievement of business plans within the designated territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience dealing with HNW clients
  • Equivalent knowledge base
  • Broad knowledge of all facets of wealth management
  • In-depth / expert knowledge of Bank products, services and capabilities
  • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert
  • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth / Expert
  • Influence skills - In-depth / Expert
  • Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA certification preferred
  • Certified Financial Planner is preferred
