Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Continuously expand knowledge of financial planning strategies, investment products, and industry trends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in either a lead advisor role or business development role
- Certified Financial Planning (CFP) certification
- Experience with industry-related programs such as Charles Schwab, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, Tamarac, and Holistiplan
