Wealth Advisor role focused on client-facing financial planning and relationship-building. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing sales or advisory role
- Active Series 65 required (to obtain within first 90-days of employment)
- Life & Health license required (to obtain within first 90-days of employment)
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenter with strong in-person presence
- Highly coachable and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, accountability-focused environment
