As a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be the heartbeat of our community, showcasing our beautiful residences and guiding residents through a seamless leasing process. Your role will include addressing inquiries, maintaining resident satisfaction, and collaborating with your team to meet occupancy goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of leasing experience in a property management setting
- Fair Housing Certification obtained within the past year
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependability with weekend availability and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Familiarity with leasing software like Yardi or AppFolio
Additional Requirements
