Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of building interiors and exteriors, perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning entry doors, and make minor repairs. Move trash containers weighing up to 50 lbs, organize storage areas, and remove recyclable materials. Support Property Management and Engineering teams by responding to emergency service calls for cleanup and preparing wet floor signs during inclement weather. Oversee on-site equipment and supplies while communicating with operations staff to report daily activities. Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards and follow all safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English
- Must be able to follow all directives assigned
- Must pass employment verification
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for Mon, Wed, Thurs from 7am to 3:30pm, Fri and Sun from 9:30am to 6pm
