Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of building interiors and exteriors, perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning entry doors, and make minor repairs. Move trash containers weighing up to 50 lbs, organize storage areas, and receive shipments at the loading dock. Oversee on-site equipment and supplies, prepare wet floor signs and walk-off mats during inclement weather, and respond to emergency service calls for work-related cleanup. Communicate activity updates to office staff and operations supervisors while maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment. Report to the Area Manager in Alexandria, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English

- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
