Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of building interiors and exteriors, perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, and glass cleaning, and make minor repairs. Move trash containers weighing up to 50 lbs, organize storage areas, and oversee on-site equipment and supplies. Support Property Management and Engineering teams by preparing entrances with safety signs during inclement weather and responding to urgent cleanup requests. Communicate activity updates to office staff and operations supervisors while maintaining a clean, safe environment compliant with OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English
