Job Summary
Conduct technical consultation and configuration for Workday Absence and Core HR functions, including setting up accruals, time off plans, and LOA's. Design and execute system QAQC and UAT testing with documented scripts, while loading bulk data using EIB. Develop creative, independent solutions adopted corporate-wide and lead complex domestic HR projects. Collaborate with technical specialists and senior leads to translate business requirements into configuration documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 3+ years of Workday experience in Absence and Core HR
- Ability to analyze business requirement and translate into configuration document
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Security
- Experience with Workday configuration and testing
- Experience with Service Now ticket management system
- Experience working with a globally dispersed team (onshore and offshore)
