Job Summary
Nightshift Class 1 HGV driver for Wincanton delivering to ASDA stores in Northern Ireland. Role includes unloading, handling paperwork, and liaising with Larne depot; safe and efficient vehicle operation with pre-shift checks; CPC training; 48 hours per week across 5 nights out of 7 (approximately 9.6 hours per night), with start window between 5pm and 10pm. Requires a Class 1 licence, at least 12 months LGV driving/delivery experience, tachograph card, and DCPC; strong communication and customer-service skills, plus flexibility and good dexterity.
Required Qualifications
- Full HGV Class C&E (Class 1) Licence
- A minimum of 12 months LGV driving and delivery experience
- Digital Tachograph card
- Full DCPC (35 hours)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer services skills
- Flexibility
- Excellent dexterity
