Job Summary
Provide night-time and emergency support to women transitioning from prison into housing and local communities; respond to service users with emotional support, address neighbourhood concerns, and ensure safety and wellbeing in accommodation; complete incident reports and documentation in line with confidentiality and data protection; participate in team meetings and training; night shift rota with flexible evenings/weekends; requires Level 2 social care qualification and at least 1 year of relevant experience; must have access to a car with a full clean license.
Required Qualifications
- A Level 2 qualification in a social care field (such as NVQ or GCSEs)
- At least 1 year’s paid experience working with vulnerable individuals, particularly in housing, community outreach, or support roles
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, safeguarding procedures
- Full clean drivers license (required)
