Job Summary

The WCS Support Lead will monitor and report application performance metrics using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk, resolving incidents within agreed SLA. Responsibilities include providing on-call support during non-business hours, collaborating with business analysts and development teams to create solutions, and participating in application design discussions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of IBM WebSphere Commerce experience and 2 years in production support for ecommerce applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ Years of IBM WebSphere Commerce Development or Support Experience
  • Minimum 2+ Years of experience in production support for a customer facing ecommerce application
  • Strong experience in problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Ecommerce B2B and B2C functional knowledge
  • Experience in using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, IBM memory analyzer and other application monitoring / diagnosis tools
