Job Summary
Part-Time Job Coach (WCD) at Goodwill Southern California provides one-on-one job coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities to help them succeed at work. Responsibilities include coaching participants in learning and mastering job duties, providing feedback and skill development, serving as a liaison between participant and employer, tracking progress to ensure compliance with program goals, and promoting independence and self-sufficiency. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of relevant experience; strong communication and observation skills; commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety. Hourly rate is $20. This is a part-time role located in Los Angeles, CA with in-person work arrangements.
