Job Summary

Conduct upscale dining service by connecting with guests through emotional aspects of the experience, leveraging menu details to deliver hospitality efficiently and quickly. Tell stories about local farmers, farm-to-table concepts, and craft cocktail techniques while guiding the guest experience toward specific goals using persuasion rather than pressure. Maintain flexibility and a strong sense of urgency to adapt to the fast pace of high-volume restaurants, demonstrating thoughtfulness in planning and initiative in motivating others. Prefer two years of upscale service experience, deep food knowledge, and an affinity for bacon. We are in the people business, taking care of both our team members and guests through engaging, stimulating communication.
