Job Summary
Whiskey Cake is seeking a full-time Server with upscale-service experience to engage guests and positively impact the guest experience. The role requires storytelling about local farms and concepts (farm-to-table, locally sourced, cooking techniques), comfort delivering hospitality efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and persuasive yet unobtrusive guidance of the guest experience toward specific goals. Must be skilled in engaging, warm communication, have knowledge of craft cocktail techniques, whiskey, and a passion for food, with a demonstrated ability to think on their feet and collaborate with team members.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of upscale service preferred
- Craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge preferred
- High volume preferred
- Must have a love for food; deep food knowledge preferred
- Must have a strange but understandable affinity for bacon
